However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you 14 days to return your items.

Condition of the returned item
We can only accept the return of items in their original condition.
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
We may have to reject a return if it shows signs of wear or damage (e.g. damage to the sole, scratched leather, etc.).
We may have to charge you for the costs associated with your shipment or deduct the damages from your refund.
We strongly recommend that you try the shoes on a carpeted floor.

If you live in the Iberian Peninsula, you can exchange or return your items within 14 days of receiving the order.
In the event of an exchange, CTT will collect your order free of charge (1st exchange only) within the previously mentioned period.
You should contact D'Ornellas with the details of the exchange.
The customer must cover the shipping costs in the case of a 2nd exchange or return.

For all the remaining European countries, you can exchange or return your items within 14 days of receiving the order.
In the event of an exchange, DHL will pick up your order free of charge (1st exchange only) within the previously mentioned period.

For all other countries, you can exchange or return your items within 14 days of receiving the order.
The customer must bear the shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return.
D'Ornellas is not responsible for any additional costs charged to the customer at the time of shipment.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of delivery.
The amount to be refunded will be transferred via the same payment method used or as instructed by the customer after contact.
Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipments are made via CTT Expresso
Shipping costs to the Iberian Peninsula vary between 2€ and 4€.
A charge of €2 applies for items considered light, in the case of accessories.
A charge of €4 applies for items considered heavy, in the case of any type of footwear.
The maximum shipping cost is €4.
Delivery time is 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
Rest of the world
Shipments are made via DHL Express.
The shipping cost is calculated on checkout
according to the current DHL rates.
